French-Inspired Latin Flair: Chimichurri Steak au Poivre

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Recipe:

  1. Crush peppercorns and coat the steaks.
  2. Grill to desired doneness.
  3. Blend cilantro, parsley, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil.
  4. Serve the steaks with chimichurri sauce.
