Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
